Fotostudio Aesthetic Space Munich
1. Description of Services
Fotostudio Aesthetic Space Munich provides professional studio space and technical equipment for photo and video productions in Munich, Germany.
2. Contracting Parties
Service Provider:
Iana Gergova, freelance entrepreneur, owner of the photography studio service “Aesthetic Space Munich”.
Client:
Any private individual or legal entity booking studio services from the service provider.
3. Scope of Services
The service provider offers the following services:
- Studio space (approx. 65 m²) for photo and video productions
- Basic equipment and accessories (e.g. softboxes, reflectors, backdrops, furniture)
- Access to a make-up and changing room
- Water, coffee, tea, and snacks
Additional equipment or services (e.g. make-up artist, stylist, extra lighting, special setups) are not included in the standard offer and must be agreed upon separately and may incur additional costs.
4. Prices and Payment
- Rental prices start at €110 per hour plus statutory VAT, unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment must be made either in full in advance or partially as a deposit, according to individual agreement.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, online payment, PayPal, or other methods by prior arrangement.
5. Booking and Conclusion of Contract
A booking becomes binding once:
- payment (full or deposit) has been received, and
- written confirmation has been issued by the service provider.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellation ≥ 72 hours before the booking: full refund
- Cancellation < 72 hours: 100% charge applies; one-time rescheduling possible upon agreement
- Cancellation < 24 hours: no refund and no rescheduling
The decisive factor is the time the cancellation is received by the service provider.
7. Studio Rules and Client Liability
- The client is responsible for treating the studio and equipment with care and leaving them in proper condition.
- Smoking and wearing outdoor shoes inside the studio are strictly prohibited.
- The client is fully liable for any damage, excessive soiling, or loss of studio equipment caused during the booking.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service provider is not liable for:
- technical malfunctions or delays beyond their control
- loss or damage of equipment brought by the client
- damage resulting from failure to follow studio rules or instructions
Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
9. Copyright and Usage Rights
All rights to images and recordings created in the studio remain with the client.
Use of such materials by the service provider (e.g. for marketing or promotional purposes) requires prior written consent from the client.
10. Data Protection
Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of providing the booked services.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Munich, Germany.
