Aesthetic Space Munich Photo Studio
1. General Description of Services
Aesthetic Space Munich Photo Studio, operated by Aesthetic Space GmbH, provides professional studio space and technical equipment for photo and video productions in Munich, Germany.

Client: Any natural or legal person who books studio services from the Service Provider.
3. Scope of Services
The Service Provider offers the following:
– Studio space (approx. 65 m²) – Basic equipment and accessories – Make-up and changing room – Water, coffee, tea, and snacks
Additional services (e.g. stylist, make-up artist, extra lighting, custom setups) are not included in the basic offer and will be charged separately.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices start from €70 per hour plus applicable VAT, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment is required either in full in advance or partially as a deposit, depending on individual agreement.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, online payment, PayPal, or other methods by agreement.
5. Booking
A booking becomes binding once payment (full or partial) has been received and confirmed in writing by the Service Provider.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
– Cancellation ≥ 72 hours before the appointment: full refund – Cancellation < 72 hours: 100% charge; one-time rescheduling may be agreed – Cancellation < 24 hours: no refund, no rescheduling
The relevant time is the moment the cancellation is received by the Service Provider.
7. Client Liability
The Client is responsible for handling the studio with care and leaving it in proper condition.
The Client is fully liable for any damage, excessive contamination, or loss of equipment.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider is not liable for:
– technical issues beyond its control – loss or damage of client-owned equipment – damages resulting from violation of studio rules
Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.
9. Copyright
All rights to images created in the studio remain with the Client.
Use of images by the Service Provider (e.g. for marketing purposes) is only permitted with prior written consent of the Client.
10. Data Protection
Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
