Rental Rules 

1.1. The photo studio is available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and the minimum booking duration is 1 hour.

1.2. The rental time begins exactly at the booked time. It is recommended to arrive 5 minutes before the agreed shooting time. Please note that delays will not result in a reduction of rental costs, nor will additional shooting time be granted beyond the booked duration. Extension of studio time on the day of the shoot is subject to availability.

1.3. The shooting area must be vacated 5 minutes before the end of the session. This time is allocated for preparing the space for the next clients.

1.4. When booking and paying for the shoot, all guests must be informed of these rules.

1.5. The organization of events will be individually coordinated. The rental fees for events will be set individually and may vary depending on the number of guests, type of event, and required equipment. In case of violations of the studio’s general conduct rules, we reserve the right to refuse further event bookings.

1.6. The rental fee includes all props shown in the space photos, as well as any additional tables/chairs, blankets, pillows, and other consumables. Upon request, it is also possible to move or swap certain furniture items in the space (e.g., a bed).

Payment Rules

2.1. We work on a 100% prepaid basis. Therefore, client information for invoicing must be provided before the session. The invoice must be fully paid by the day of the shoot at the latest.

2.2. If the booking is canceled later than 72 hours before the shoot, an invoice will also be issued based on the provided client details, which you are obligated to pay. However, there is an option to reschedule the session to another day and make up for the shoot.

2.3. A maximum of 10 people may be present in the studio during the reserved time. An additional fee of €10 will be charged for each extra participant in the shoot.

Cancellation Rules

3.1. The booking of the studio can be canceled absolutely free of charge no later than 3 days before the appointment.

3.2. If a studio reservation is canceled less than 3 days before the appointment, we have to charge 100% of the studio prepayment cost, and the booking can be rescheduled once.

3.3. If a studio reservation is canceled 24 hours  or less before the appointment, the payment is non-refundable, and the shoot cannot be rescheduled.

Behavior Rules

4.1. Upon entering the studio, shoes must be removed. Work in the studio must be done in socks or in the shoe covers provided by the studio.

• Models or clients must also work with taped shoe soles if they need to wear shoes in the studio.

• Our studio is warm and clean, so this policy should not cause any discomfort.

• If you leave the studio, the shoe covers must be removed and put back on upon return. Leaving the studio in shoe covers is not allowed.


4.2. You are allowed to move furniture and decorations in the room; however, the renter takes full financial responsibility for any damage to studio property.

4.3. The use of open flames and pyrotechnics (including sparklers) is strictly prohibited!

4.4. The use of flour in the studio is prohibited! The use of glitter, paint, oil, firecrackers, confetti, and artificial snow is ALLOWED ONLY AFTER APPROVAL WITH THE ADMINISTRATOR!

4.5. After renting the studio, you must tidy up the space and return the items to their original place, as they were at the beginning of the rental. Minimal cleaning is included in the rental fee. If the studio is left in a heavily soiled condition, including a dirty white floor with shoe or heel marks, an additional cleaning fee of €40 will be charged.

4.6. The studio is equipped with video surveillance to monitor compliance with these rules. In case of violations, fines will be imposed:

• A €100 fine will be charged for repainting the floor if the footwear rules are ignored.

• If the cyclorama is damaged, a fine will be imposed based on the repair costs, with a minimum fee of €300, depending on the severity of the damage.

4.7. In the studio, you can enjoy hot tea or coffee at any time. You may bring your own food and drinks or order deliveries; however, food breaks must be taken outside of the shooting areas. The studio is not equipped with dishes for meals.

4.8. The setup of backgrounds, lighting, and additional props in the rented room should be arranged with our administrator before the rental period.

4.9. The rental of a paper background (from the available palette that is installed in the studio system) is included in the rental price. If a specific color is needed for the shoot that is available in the studio but not installed in the system, a setup fee of 15€ per additional color will apply.

5.0. In case of damage (dirt, tears, wrinkles, moisture, heel marks) to the paper background or fabric background, the renter is responsible for the restoration costs. The fee is 10€ per running meter for paper backgrounds and €30 for fabric backgrounds.

5.1. A representative of the photo studio may inspect the room during the shoot or event if deemed necessary. This is to ensure compliance with the studio rules. 

Rules for the Cyclorama

5.2. The floor of the cyclorama is white and highly sensitive to stains. To preserve its quality:

• Photographers, models, and clients may enter the cyclorama only with taped shoe soles, socks, or clean shoe covers.

• Clean shoe covers (provided in the studio) must be removed before leaving the studio and put back on upon return, for example, when going to the restroom.

Stepping on the edges or corners of the cyclorama is strictly prohibited, as the structure may be damaged.

• Leaning on or resting against the walls of the cyclorama is not allowed. The cyclorama structure is fragile, and it is not recommended to approach closer than half a meter to its corners.
