Rental Rules 

1.1. The photo  studio operates from 8:00 AM to 20:00 PM. The minimum studio booking time is 1 hour.

1.2. Rental time begins strictly at the booked time. It is advisable to arrive at the studio 5/7 minutes before the shoot. We kindly request that you do not arrive late. Lateness does not lead to a reduction in rental cost, nor does it allow for shooting beyond the booked time. Studio time can be extended on the day of the shoot, subject to availability.

1.3. It is necessary to leave the shooting area 5 minutes before the end of the shoot. This time is allocated for preparing the room.

1.4 When making a reservation and payment for the shoot, you have to inform all guests about these rules.

1.5 Conducting events is negotiated separately. The rental cost for holding events is determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on the number of guests, the nature of the event, and the required equipment. In case of violation of the general studio rules of behavior, the studio reserves the right to refuse further event hosting.

1.6 The rental fee includes: all the props shown in the room photos, as well as possible additional tables/chairs, blankets, pillows, and other non-consumables. It is also possible to remove anything from the rooms (e.g. a bed).

Payment Rules

2.1. For reservation our studio time,  must be paid 100% payment for the rental hours. It serves as a deposit. Preliminary bookings are held for one hour from the time of recording.

2.2. In the reserved hour, there can be no more than 7 people in the studio. For each additional participant in the shoot, there is a €10 surcharge.

Cancellation Rules

3.1. The booking of the studio can be canceled absolutely free of charge no later than 3 days before the start of the shoot.

3.2. If a studio  reservation is canceled less than 3 days before the shoot, we have to charge 100% of the studio prepayment cost, and the booking can be rescheduled once.

3.3. If a studio reservation is canceled 24 hours  or less before the appointment, the payment is non-refundable, and the shoot cannot be rescheduled.

Behavior Rules

4.1. In the studio, you must be wearing clean indoor shoes or you can use our provided slippers. For shooting on a white background, shoe soles MUST be taped with tape or be cleaned.

4.2. You may move furniture and decor in the room, but you are fully financially responsible for any damage to studio property.

4.3. Any open flame and pyrotechnics (including sparklers) are prohibited! 

4.4. The use of flour in the studio is prohibited! The use of glitter, paint, oil, poppers, confetti, artificial snow is allowed ONLY AFTER AGREEMENT WITH THE ADMINISTRATOR!

4.5. After studio rental, please clean up after oneself and put items back in their places as it was in the beginning. In this case, minimal cleaning is included in the rental cost. If the studio is left significantly dirty by the tenant, additional cleaning costs €20.

4.6. You can always enjoy hot tea or coffee in the studio. You can bring your own food and drinks or order delivery, but lunch breaks must be taken outside the shooting rooms. The studio is not equipped with dishes for meals.

4.7. Setting up backdrops, lighting equipment, and additional props in the rented room should occur during the rented time by our administrator. 

4.8. The installation and rental of the 1st backdrop for the shoot are included in the rental fee, with a replacement cost of €10 for each subsequent one.

4.9. In case of damage (soiling, tearing, wrinkling, dampness, heel marks) to the paper backdrop, the tenant pays the cost of the damaged backdrop, based on €10 per linear meter. Fabric backdrops — €30 for damage caused.

5.0. A representative of the photography studio has the right to inspect the room during the shoot/event if deemed necessary.
